Ecological Factor as Determinant of Tourist Product Value
The features of natural environment play the basic role in the development of tourism. Iburism and other fields of economy frequently use the same ecosystems. The results of anthropopressure bring about tourist values degradation and deterioration of rest conditions. On this background sustainable development postulates have been occured as well as alternative explorations for rest within areas free from ecological threat (eco-tourism) have been developed. In this way ecological tourist product becomes competition-making body on a tourist market.
The authors present a conception of tourist product value estimation on the ground of ecological criteria, law regulations and ecological monitoring ability. They also propose granting ecological mark for tourist products, constructions and resorts.
