Analysis of Factor Determining Results of Eduction at the Faculty of Tourism at the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow Effectiveness of education on the academic level depends on the candidates knowledge and experience as well as the methods of recruitment. There are also some sociological aspects which influence the candidates. Criteria of selection have been discussed for a long time. The recruitment methods used by the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow are the subject of analysis and the background to discussion on the best methods of recruitment for the tourist studies. The paper also presents the analysis of some factors determining results (effects) of training at the Faculty of Tourism.
