The Recreation Interests of Elderly People at Different Levels of Self-Service Ability The poll inquiries among elderly people constitute the ground of the paper. For the statistic analysis of the material test chiz has been used. Considering physical ability of the people, i.e. the efficiency of walking out of the house (,,I am walking out without problems", ,,I am hardly walking aut", ,,I cannot walk out of the house") the polls have been divided into two groups. The following aspects have been discussed: the general description of examined people, the self-service abilities of the people, the ,,athletic" past of the people and their hobbies nad recreation interests. Beside that the restrictions which limitate physical activity and the main problems of elderly people were considered. The statistic analysis of the material have been closed up with conslusions.
