The Values of Vegetation Cover for Restoring Good Health State In the paper the importance of vegetation cover — with particular regard to forest communities — and its influence on the human organism has been discussed. The author, one after the other, deals with the following problems: some health aspects of polish people, characterization of habitats and forest resources of Poland, biogenic importance of forest ecosystems, sanitary features of chosen forest habitat types.
