Visitors' Opinion of Tourism in Cracow In the article were presented results of surveys, seeking to answer a crucial question - if Cracow complies with the requirements of a tourist centre. In June 1991 and 1992, were interviewed 1105 represenfativs from the same places in Cracow. Against the background of optained results, Cracow was compared with other tourist centres in the sphere of tourist service standards and access to cultural values. According to these surveys, in visitors opinion the standard of tourist services in Cracow can be spaded as satisfactory.
