Tourism versus Criminality and the Phenomena of Social Patology (an Outline of the Problems and the Concept of Research an the Basis of Cracow) The presentation consists of three parts. In the first part the problems of associations between the tourism and delinquency and various indications of social pathology were introduced in a general way. In the second part the introductory results of the studies concerning these problems were described (e.g. Cracow with particular regard to delinquency of foreigners). Both offences: offences made by foreigners and offences committed against foreigners in Cracow, were analysed. In the third part of this article the conception of studies in the point of tourism and delinquency and phenomena of social pathology in Cracow were introduced. The detailed description of the studies conception is to invite everybody who is interested in it to co-operation aid to encourage them to undertake other studies, which would aim to fill in the gaps in the teoretical output in tourism and criminal studies.
