The graduates' opinion about the curricula of tourism in the Academy of Physical Education and Economical Academy The article is a brief account of the results of the opinion poll sent to the graduates who had studied tourism and started to work in this field of knowledge. The main aim of this poll was to get the information about the graduates' pro-fessions and to get their opinion about usefulness of the curricula of the studies in the Academy of Physical Education and Economical Academy in their work. There were 305 answers to the poll sent to these students who had graduated between 1980—1988 (the efficiency test of the post was 30,51()/o). The proportion of general subjects to comprehensive ones, as well as the accuracy of the selection of the subjects were subjected to criticism. The graduates gave also the information about new subjects and the substance of teaching essential for future work. The graduates' professional self-improvement and their statements concerning the spheres of self-improvement were treated as a separate problem. The lists (2) and the diagrams (12) illustrate these problems.
