The activities of village co-operatives in the province of Przemysl in the sphere of tourism organized by the employers for their employees The work treats of the extent and the character of touring activities organized for the workers by their employers in village co-operatives in the province of Przemysl. The population of this province was polled between 1983—1989. Both economic and social analyses of particular branches of the village co--operatives, among which the Peasants' Self Help is of great importance, have been presented in the work. The results of the poll showed that the scale as well as the forms of realization of touring activities for the workers are nearly the same in all the co-operatives. It is evident that the existing differences are caused by the finances of particular co-operatives. The characteristic feature for all the co-operatives is that they withdraw from organizing group forms of rest though they still organize various holiday camps for the workers'children. As it has been also noticed, only few workers make use of the forms of the rest off erred by their employers. Mainly the clerks who work in the co-operatives take advantage of it. Nevertheless, there is a growing interest in athletic fixtures and other activities which are organized for all the inhabitants.
