Law and administrative possibilities of function of the Polish health resort and the ways of the spa perishes reactivation The main aim of this article is a presentation of a project on the reactivation of the health resort, taking into consideration of legal and administrative possibilities and exerting of coverage economically and social venture of this process. First part of the article has been preceded by analysis of structural dissimilarity and specificity of functioning of community, based on obligatory legislation. Legal analysis has apprehension of mechanism of the functioning of the health resort that is very important from the point of view of reactivation process.
