Motives, benefits and satisfaction of heritage attractions visitors The paper analyses relationships between visitors' motives, benefits and satisfaction of the three heritage attractions of the Wielkopolska Region: two zoological gardens, the Heritage Park of the Wielkopolska Village and National Museum of Agriculture in Szreniawa. Literature relating to motives of heritage attractions visitors has been surveyed in the preliminary part. The scale of measurement of motives and benefits has been created on the basis of Pearce's Travel Career Ladder. The diverse level of motivational factors and benefits has been measured in respective attractions. On the ground of correlation analysis and Pearce's Travel Career Ladder the hierarchic model of tourist attractions has been proposed.
