Tourism as a component of commune economy
One of the basic problems of managing is proper allocation of resources among different kind of activities. Until quite lately the foundation o( growth was production and trade, but now thanks to heighten income being at households disposal and stable development of whole country, moi"e important role start to play unmaterial goods connected with service sector. Since many years in classifications based on first income of communi" ty, counted on one inhabitant, leading places take tourist communities. W® may say that such communities are obliged to determine the main goals ot their tourist policy and the influence of tourism upon their economic, soci^
and ecological prosperity. In communities with predominant tourist appeal important place takes the co-operation between local government and private sector connected with tourist enterprises. It is worth emphasising that in polish circumstances public-private partnership displays differently. In one communities that model of co-operation become true, in anther fails, although it is obvious that keeping sustainable development up demands collaboration of those both sides.
