Conflicts - causes and solutions of problems in Krakow hotels When we think about conflicts, we usually think about quarrels, disputes and possibilities of telling other people what do we think about them. Most people do not like to talk about their problems, because they think, that this may be the proof of their weakness and intolerance. But the world without conflicts is something unnatural. It is necessary to remember that we should not only avoid conflict situations, but also try to solve them properly and learn how to use them in our business. Conflict management is a new technology of efficient administration. It is already well known in western corporations and used with great success. Companies came a long way from thinking about conflicts as a reason of shame, to assumption that they can increase work efficiency. It appeared that properly controlled conflict may develop whole company and lead to innovative solutions. That is why some managers decide to intentionally cause problems. The purpose of the paper is to show what kind of conflicts happen in hotels and how they are solved.
