On the Leadership Behaviour of the Touring Group Leader (Normative Remarks ) The knowledge of the styles of group management was created from the results of the psycho sociological researches on the job structure, and then was automatically adopted to methodology of touring group management. The specific structural features of the touring group are tried to be determined in this paper referring to task group as defined in job reality. Particular contents of the touristic event, treated as a cultural amusement fact were also defined. The styles of the touring group management are recommended referring to the features mentioned above (personal style - group oriented, and not task oriented). The significance of the touring group leader, especially as stimulator, is also underlined.
